Quick fixes AG-P010

Show one example instead of three adjectives

Shared methods · A shared method; linked tool guides explain the exact steps.

"Professional but warm" means something different to everyone, including the model. One example of what you want outweighs a paragraph describing it.

Quick fix: Show one example instead of three adjectives

Instead of Write it in a professional but warm, modern tone.

Try Match the tone of this: [paste a paragraph you like]. Same warmth, same sentence length, same level of formality.

If you have ever produced or seen the thing you want, paste it.

Why this works

Style adjectives are averaged over everyone who has ever used them, so "professional but warm" lands somewhere in the middle of a very wide field. An example is coordinates. The model is genuinely good at imitating a provided sample (tone, rhythm, structure, format) far better than it is at decoding your private meaning of "modern". This holds beyond prose: a sample row for data formats, one worked example for structured tasks, a before/after pair for edits.

When this applies

You are describing a quality of the output ("like X but Y-er") rather than its content, and an example exists somewhere in your files or memory.

Template

Here is an example of the kind of output I want: [paste]. Match its [tone / format / structure]. Content to use: [the actual material].

Go deeper

The full argument, including when examples mislead, is examples beat adjectives. When you have no example, naming the dimensions is the fallback, and one good output from this session becomes the pasted example for the next.
